格隆匯10月17日丨南京高科(600064.SH)公佈,2019年1-9月,公司新增商品房項目儲備1個,為南京市NO.2019G41號地塊,該地塊總用地面積20,622.15平方米,出讓面積20,622.15平方米,1.01≤容積率≤1.55。
2019年7-9月,公司房地產業務無新開工;竣工面積8.07萬平方米,同比增加1,969.23%。2019年1-9月,公司房地產業務無新開工;竣工面積11.67萬平方米,同比增加173.30%。
2019年7-9月,公司房地產業務實現合同銷售面積3.36萬平方米(商品房項目3.06萬平方米、經濟適用房項目0.30萬平方米),同比減少44.65%;實現合同銷售金額130,890.42萬元,(商品房130,117.77萬元,經濟適用房772.65萬元),同比增加67.12%。2019年1-9月,公司房地產業務實現合同銷售面積6.73萬平方米(商品房項目6.43萬平方米、經濟適用房項目0.30萬平方米),同比增加4.83%;實現合同銷售金額253,064.42萬元(商品房項目252,291.77萬元、經濟適用房項目772.65萬元),同比增加188.21%。
2019年9月末,公司出租房地產總面積14.45萬平方米(商業綜合體2.68萬平方米、商業辦公樓3.01萬平方米、工業廠房8.76萬平方米)。2019年7-9月,公司房地產業務取得租金總收入1778.01萬元(商業綜合體322.81萬元、商業辦公樓509.80萬元、工業廠房945.40萬元)。2019年1-9月,公司房地產業務取得租金總收入5179.06萬元(商業綜合體876.75萬元、商業辦公樓1526.64萬元、工業廠房2775.67萬元)。
