鐵漢生態(300197.SZ)：聯合體中標3.02億元大梅沙海濱公園整體重建工程EPC總承包項目
格隆匯10月17日丨鐵漢生態(300197.SZ)公佈，公司於近日收到招標代理機構深圳市深水水務諮詢有限公司及招標人萬科企業股份有限公司(“招標人”)發來的《中標通知書》。通知書確認公司與全資子公司鐵漢生態建設有限公司、深圳市巖土綜合勘察設計有限公司、深圳華新國際建築工程設計顧問有限公司組成的投標聯合體為“大梅沙海濱公園整體重建工程EPC總承包”的中標單位，工程中標價為約3.02億元。
工程名稱：大梅沙海濱公園整體重建工程EPC總承包；工程中標價約3.02億元；此次工程範圍為大梅沙海濱公園整體重建工程的勘察、設計及施工工作。計劃工期：暫定199個日曆天。
工程範圍包括但不限於：對大梅沙海濱公園原有設施拆除清理，海濱公園整體重建、遷拆與改造、綠化等附屬配套工程進行勘察、設計及施工，具體以施工圖、工程量清單及合同條款為準，承包人不能拒絕執行發包人因工程需要而增減的工作。
工程內容為：投標單位根據代建單位（建設單位）提出的項目投資控制、規模、標準、功能、質量、進度等要求，負責該工程合同簽訂之日起至移交給建設單位使用前的全部工程設計、勘察、建設、管理工作：①勘察：包括但不限於基礎地質勘察、現狀地形、地下管線物探及建築立面測量等；②設計：包括擴初設計、概算編制、施工圖設計、竣工圖編制、協助甲方進行各類工程報建、施工階段的配合服務。設計範圍包括但不限於以上各階段所設計的總平面規劃、公園配套設施、結構、給排水、電氣智能化等全部相關工作內容，承包人不能拒絕為完成全部工程而須執行的可能遺漏的工作；③施工：包括但不限於海濱公園新建工程、配套工程、拆遷與改造工程以及綠化部分施工、竣工驗收、結算審計、保修等全部工作，並協助代建單位於項目範圍內向建設單位、政府各職能部門進行報批等各事項的溝通與辦理。
該工程中標價為約3.02億元，公司此次以聯合體的形式參與該項目，該項目的建安費暫不確定，公司具體負責的項目建安費取決於招標人、公司及聯合體簽署的施工合同，項目計劃工期暫定199個日曆天(計劃工期如有調整以合同日期為準)，中標該項目預計對公司2019年、2020年經營業績將產生積極的影響。
