三聯虹普(300384.SZ)旗下三聯數據與華為簽署戰略合作協議 以在EI、IOT、安全等解決方案進行合作
格隆匯10月17日丨三聯虹普(300384.SZ)公佈，公司控股子公司三聯虹普數據科技有限公司(“三聯數據”)於2019年10月17日在北京與華為技術有限公司(“華為”)簽署了《三聯虹普數據科技有限公司與華為技術有限公司戰略合作協議》，旨在於化纖及原材料行業內就打造從端、邊到雲的完整方案與生態，合作需求涉及EI、IOT、安全等解決方案進行合作，以共同推動化纖及原材料行業智能化業務發展。
合作內容如下：(1)雙方聯手在化纖及原材料行業打造從端、邊到雲的完整方案與生態，合作需求涉及EI、IOT、安全等解決方案。
(2)EI數據分析領域方面具體合作點，包括且不限於柔性化質量分揀，滿足纖維生產企業以及下游客户對於產品的一致性追求；設備運行狀態監控，通過設備運行狀態針對性的進行生產排產，進一步提高生產效率及產品質量。
(3)IOT和其他數據分析領域方面具體合作點，包括且不限於設備數據採集，通過在三聯數據的化纖生產設備中集成華為IOT數據採集和傳送芯片，實現生產過程中的實時數據採集與報送；邊緣智能控制，利用人工智能模型對生產設備對生產設備參數進行自動化控制，實現產品質量分級、節能降耗；構建工業互聯網數據安全體系、排產優化等。
合作模式：華為將發揮其在ICT產品及解決方案、大數據分析、智慧城市和雲計算等方面的優勢，為三聯數據提供富有競爭力的產品和服務，為三聯數據在端、邊到雲完整方案與生態、EI、IOT、安全等方面提供方案和建議，協助三聯數據完成化纖及原材料行業智能製造轉型升級,構造業界領先的信息化能力。三聯虹普是國際一流的合成纖維及其原材料行業提供工程技術服務整體解決方案的系統集成商，華為將本協議中約定的產品、服務等技術支持提供給三聯數據，三聯數據將該等產品和服務放入其自身的行業解決方案中後提供給最終客户。
此次簽署的《戰略合作協議》夯實了三聯虹普、TMT及華為三家公司的深度合作，通過將華為全球領先的全棧全場景AI技術能力與三聯虹普和TMT在核心工藝與核心裝備方面的行業知識與工程轉化能力相結合，將新一代信息通信技術與人工智能技術通過工業互聯網”端-邊-雲“協同計算模式有機融入行業核心裝備及產線，進一步推動化纖行業的智能化升級。雙方經過近兩年的共同研發，發佈了化纖智能產線整體解決方案“化纖工業智能體解決方案V1.0 ”。化纖工業智能體在產線數字孿生的基礎上由“智能認知，智能預測，決策優化”三大引擎構成。三聯虹普通過與華為的長期深入合作，充分發揮華為圍繞昇騰AI芯片、新一代AI開源計算框架MindSpore、一站式AI開發平台ModelArt的全棧全場景AI能力，以及工業互聯網解決方案的優勢，雙方將核心Know-How+AI融入核心生產系統，顯著提升產線的預測水平，加速化纖企業智能化轉型。
