康力電梯(002367.SZ)最終獲配162萬股藍光嘉寶服務的H股
格隆匯10月17日丨康力電梯(002367.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年9月17日召開了第四屆董事會第十六次會議，審議通過了《關於簽署
<康力電梯股份有限公司與四川藍光嘉寶物業服務集團股份有限公司之投資協議>
的議案》，同意公司作為基石投資者，使用自有資金800萬美元(等值人民幣)(包括經紀佣金、香港聯合交易所交易費及證監會交易徵費等)參與嘉寶物業港股IPO項目。
2019年10月3日，公司同四川藍光嘉寶服務集團股份有限公司(“嘉寶物業”或“嘉寶股份”)、華泰金融控股(香港)有限公司、農銀國際融資有限公司、安信國際證券(香港)有限公司正式簽署了《基石投資協議》。
根據《基石投資協議》及《安信證券QDII2019-康力1 號單一資產管理計劃》相關約定，公司已於2019年10月15日將等額800萬美元共計人民幣5672.48萬元匯至資產管理計劃賬户。
2019年10月17日，嘉寶股份在香港聯合交易所刊發《發售價及分配結果公告》。根據公告，嘉寶股份發售股份數目4291.62萬股H股(視乎超額配股權行使與否而定)，發售價格釐定為每股H股37港元(不含1%經濟佣金、0.0027%證監會交易徵費及0.005%聯交所交易費)。
公司最終獲配的嘉寶股份的H股股份數目為162萬股，按照每股37.00港元計算，公司投資總額約6054.40萬港元(包含1%經濟佣金、0.0027%證監會交易徵費及0.005%聯交所交易費，不含QDII產品費用)。公司認購股份總數佔嘉寶股份全球發售初步可供認購H股百分比(假設超額配股權未獲行使)約3.77%，佔緊隨全球發行完成後嘉寶股份已發行股份總數約0.94%。
2019年10月18日，嘉寶股份將在香港聯交所主板上市，H股股份代號為2606。公司作為基石投資者參與此次發行，禁售期為自嘉寶股份上市日起(包含上市日)6個月。
