《半日总结》恒指涨198点 新世界续领军 港银股造好
地产股续强势，港股半日最多升近300点闯二万七关。恒指今早高开144点後愈升愈有，「本地姜」地产股及港银发力下，大市最多弹高292点至26,956点，半日仍涨198点或0.7%，收26,862；国指扬41点或0.4%，报10,574。不过大市成交未见显见急增，录得410.94亿元。沪、深港通南下交易半日净流入金额分别为6.71亿及7.01亿元人民币。
成交最活跃五大股份，腾讯(00700.HK)於330元水平整固，今早微升0.1%报331.4元；盈富(02800.HK)涨近1%；市场憧憬美团(03690.HK)未来有机会「染蓝」，半日升0.8%报91.2元；友邦(01299.HK)扬近1.5%报76.15元，建行(00939.HK)微升0.3%。
多间大行认为施政报告对楼市有支持，地产股强势升温，新世界(00017.HK)再弹高4.3%报11.22元，成最强蓝筹，恒地(00012.HK)紧随其後，升逾3%报39.45元，新地(00016.HK)、长实(01113.HK)及太古A(00019.HK)分别走高2.5%、1.8%及1.4%。惟恒隆(00101.HK)逆市跌逾1%为最差蓝筹。
本地银行股亦受追捧，恒生(00011.HK)及中银香港(02388.HK)分别升2%及1.7%，东亚(00023.HK)亦有0.8%进帐。汇控(00005.HK)及渣打(02888.HK)各半日升逾1%及0.5%，报60.9元及65.8元。
澳门第三季赌收按年跌4.1%，贵宾厅赌收跌逾22%，但中场收入则上升(当中「百家乐」赌收按年升20.5%，按季升3.3%)。金沙(01928.HK)股价走高2.6%报37.65元，银娱(00027.HK)亦升逾1%报51.95元。新股热潮未减退，绿新(01084.HK)首日挂牌，开市报1.77元，已接近全日最高位，高1.16元近53%，半日收报1.4元仍高上市价近21%。
