正股表现:昨日特首林郑月娥发表任内第三份施政报告,当中包括一系列房屋政策。有券商预期对本港住宅市场及发展商有正面影响。地产股承接昨日升势,今早继续向上。当中昨日升约2.9%的新地(0016),今早高开约1.9%後升幅扩大,曾一度突破120元水平见120.2元,为近两个月高位,现报119.5元,升约3.7%。
资金流向:观察个股认股证资金流向,可见近日资金转向部署认购证,过去2个交易日共录得约270万元资金流入。
产品选择:投资者如看好,可考虑以行使价120至134元间作为筛选认购证的条件。并可留意当中杠杆最突出的新地购29801。贴价的选择则可留意价外幅度约8%,年期约2个月的新地购22248。
