正股表現:昨日特首林鄭月娥發表任內第三份施政報告,當中包括一系列房屋政策。有券商預期對本港住宅市場及發展商有正面影響。地產股承接昨日升勢,今早繼續向上。當中昨日升約2.9%的新地(0016),今早高開約1.9%後升幅擴大,曾一度突破120元水平見120.2元,為近兩個月高位,現報119.5元,升約3.7%。
資金流向:觀察個股認股證資金流向,可見近日資金轉向部署認購證,過去2個交易日共錄得約270萬元資金流入。
產品選擇:投資者如看好,可考慮以行使價120至134元間作為篩選認購證的條件。並可留意當中槓桿最突出的新地購29801。貼價的選擇則可留意價外幅度約8%,年期約2個月的新地購22248。
