高力集团(01118.HK)拟1.38亿元售宝鸿100%股权
高力集团(01118.HK)公布,旗下全资附属公司富鸿五金厂有限公司拟向买方邓倩出售购买目标项目权益。将予出售资产为宝鸿之100%股权和宝鸿欠卖方之所有债项权益,当中包含宝鸿旗下於中国东莞市持有之资产:东莞富威及该物业。
双方初步同意,目标项目权益之出售订价约为1.38亿元。买方须於签署意向书时或之前,向卖方支付不须退还诚意金2,000万元。
集团认为,潜在出售事项为集团重整业务策略之一,若潜在出售事项落实,将使集团能够重新分配更多财务资源至其核心业务及作未来发展之用。
