《全日总结》港股升160点 地产股领涨 安踏破顶升4%
市场关注《施政报告》房屋及经济政策，港股在本地地产股造好下上升。恒指高开49点，早段曾升194点一度高见26,698点。其後特首林郑月娥未能顺利在立法会宣读《施政报告》，港股一度升幅蒸发及倒跌。林郑月娥午间改以视像发表，政府放宽按保，大市收市升160点或0.6%，报26,664点；国指升32点或0.3%，收10,532点。大市全日成交总额823.36亿元。沪、深港通南下交易净流入金额分别为8.96亿及8.05亿元人民币。
政府放宽按保，大摩料支持私楼需求，本港地产股领涨，新世界(00017.HK)升4.1%，为升幅最大蓝筹。太古地产(01972.HK)升4.7%，新地(00016.HK)、恒地(00012.HK)、领展(00823.HK)、长实地产(01113.HK)、信置(00083.HK)及九仓置业(01997.HK)各涨1.9%至2.9%。政府启动三条新铁路项目，港铁(00066.HK)一度升4.7%，收市升2.9%报44.95元。
腾讯(00700.HK)升0.7%收331元，汇控(00005.HK)升0.3%收60.1元，友邦(01299.HK)升1.8%收75.05元，港交所(00388.HK)则跌不足0.1%。中资金融股方面，中行(03988.HK)升1%，中国平安(02318.HK)跌0.1%。传内地携号转网下月底推行，中资电讯股受压，中移动(00941.HK)及联通(00762.HK)均跌近1.1%。
内房股造好，恒大(03333.HK)升4%，世茂(00813.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)及融创中国(01918.HK)各升3.3%至3.6%，龙湖(00960.HK)及华润置地(01109.HK)亦各升2.5%及2.8%。体育用品股继续强势，安踏(02020.HK)见75.9元历史新高，收市升4.4%报75.65元，为升幅最大国指成分股。361度(01361.HK)及特步(01368.HK)各升2.2%及3.2%。
煤炭股神华(01088.HK)跌2.7%收15.58元，多只资源股走弱，洛阳钼业(03993.HK)跌2.7%。周大福(01929.HK)发盈警，股价跌3.8%收6.33元。
新股方面，庄臣控股(01955.HK)高见1.76元，收市报1.23元，较1元上市价升23%。华营建筑(01582.HK)高见2.78元，收报1.15元，较1元上市价升15%。
