格隆匯10月16日丨香港建築承建商華營建築(1582.HK)今日首日上市高開127%,開報2.27港元,盤前成交2499萬港元,最新總市值11.35億港元。該股IPO價格為1港元,認購倍數9.87倍。招股書顯示,公司於2016-2018財年分別實現收益25.77億港元、31.41億港元及48.14億港元,年複合增長率36.7%,年內溢利分別為4586.9萬港元、5889.3萬港元及6343.1萬港元,年複合增長率17.6%。於2019年第一季度實現收益約11.15億港元,溢利1711.6萬港元。
