港股異動 | 內銀股再度走強中國光大銀行漲逾7% 野村指內銀股估值非常吸引
格隆匯10月14日丨內銀股延續前幾交易日漲勢再度走強,中國光大銀行(6818.HK)漲7.47%,招商銀行(3968.HK)、工商銀行(1398.HK)漲逾2%,農業銀行(1288.HK)漲1.92%。野村研報指,表示在宏觀經濟不確定性的背景下,選擇大型優質內地銀行,認為內銀H股的估值非常吸引,因為2019財年預測股本回報率有12-13%,股息收益率為6%。另外,H股內銀的不良貸款率為8%,大型銀行的整體資產質量將保持健康。 預計,2019財年工行盈利增長為4.1%,新目標價6.49港元;建行盈利增長為4.2%,新目標價7.87港元;農行盈利增長為4.6%,新目標價4.14港元;招行盈利增長為12.7%,新目標價46.5港元,評級均為買入。
