全民國際(08170.HK)擬3000萬港元收購香港一辦公室物業為營業地點
格隆匯10月11日丨全民國際(08170.HK)公告,公司擬於公開市場上以代價約3000萬港元收購位於香港的一項辦公室物業作為其主要營業地點。潛在物業收購及其相關費用將以貸款撥付,如不足夠則以集團內部資源補足。
公司現時香港主要營業地點租期將於不久後在2020年1月到期。公司一直在物色合適的辦公室物業,以應付集團營運需要及配合集團未來業務增長及發展以及開拓投資機會,旨在提升對公司及其股東的整體回報。公司認為收購位於香港的辦公室物業作為其香港主要營業地點,符合公司及其股東的整體利益,其亦可為集團提供長期資升值潛力。由於租金費用為公司主要支出項目一,故潛在物業收購(如落實)亦將節省公司租金費用,因此將對公司的未來財務表現有積極影響。
