格隆匯10月11日丨高雅光學(00907.HK)公告,於2019年10月11日,董事會收到Bapton Company Limited(呈請人)根據公司(清盤及雜項條文)條例(第32章)向香港特別行政區高等法院提交的針對公司清盤呈請。呈請人因公司未能清償408.32萬港元判決債務(即公司於2019年8月30日欠呈請人的未償還租金,連同應計利息),以及計算至全數付款日期的額外利息而提出清盤呈請。
清盤呈請將於2019年12月4日進行聆訓。
