中金:升ASM太平洋(0522.HK)目標價至140港元 評級“跑贏大市”
中金公司發表報告預測,ASM太平洋(0522.HK)今年第四季度訂單收入有望強勁反彈,因中國外包半導體封裝測試(OSAT)廠商訂單增加以支持華為和其他中國公司的供應鏈國產化等,上調其目標價22%至140港元,為《彭博》追縱的分析師中最高,維持“跑贏大市”評級。同時,中金上調ASM太平洋2020年純利預測11%至23億港元,以反映對其基本面回升的樂觀態度。
中金報告中指出,中國三大OSAT廠商有望在今年下半年和明年提高原資本支出計劃,以擴大產能,預計ASM太平洋後端設備銷售收入有望在明年按年增長18%,而5G基礎設施和智慧手機對公司表面貼裝技術的設備需求增加,預計該設備銷售額在明年有望按年升20%。
