格隆匯10月9日丨CWT INTL(00521.HK)發佈公告,誠如過往公告所述,公司正在進行債務重組計劃,以使集團能夠持續經營。就董事所知,於公告日期,集團的業務營運在所有重大方面仍照常進行。
應公司要求,公司股份自2019年4月10日下午二時三十二分起於聯交所短暫停牌。公司股份將繼續暫停買賣,直至落實集團出售計劃以償還融資協議(經修訂及補充)項下的欠款及應付款項以及聯交所批准公司的復牌建議。
