據報港府研進一步限制非本地人買樓 增賣地條款列明私宅限售港人
樓價高企爭議之聲不絕,據《星島日報》引述官員消息稱,港府正考慮在新出售土地中加入賣地條款,規定新建私樓只能賣給香港人。
報道引述消息稱,若要全面限制本地房屋售予非本地人士,就要進行立法,承認此舉的影響層面太大,可能會惹來反彈。另一個做法,是仿效空置稅的做法,只針對新建房屋進行限購,其中一個做法,是仿效前特首梁振英年代推出的「港人港樓」計劃,在推出土地時,加入賣地條款,規定只能賣給本港永久性居民。
消息稱,非本地人士近年購買本港住宅的數量,近年只佔百分之一,認為限購的實際作用不大,但同意可改善公眾觀感。
