紫金(02899.HK)逾10亿人民币增持艾芬豪矿业 成第二大股东
紫金矿业(02899.HK)公布,向中信金属非洲公司、Newstar及Friedland收购多伦多上市公司艾芬豪矿业(Ivanhoe Mines Ltd.)合计4,865.22万股。完成後,公司於艾芬豪矿业持股将由目前9.8%增至13.88%,成为第二大股东。
交易将於今年底前完成交割,交易价格等於以下两个数较大者:每股3.98加元;如交割日当日收盘价大於每股3.98加元,则对价应为订约方协商同意的成交量加权平均价。按每股3.98加元计,收购总金额共计1.94亿加元,折合约10.33亿人民币。
艾芬豪矿业主要资产为拥有 39.6%权益的刚果(金)卡莫阿-卡库拉铜矿、68%权益的刚果(金)基普什锌多金属矿和 64%权益的南非普拉特瑞夫铂族矿三个项目。
