AV CONCEPT HOLD(00595.HK)向四川海洋置地發展購買物業
格隆匯10月4日丨AV CONCEPT HOLD(00595.HK)公佈,2019年10月4日,公司全資附屬成都信達傑瑞投資,訂立預售合同,向四川海洋置地發展收購物業,代價為人民幣2000萬元。
物業為賣方將於土地上興建的商業樓宇8樓的辦公單元。上述辦公單元的總建築面積預計為約1698.75平方米。賣方已取得有關土地的土地使用權。於預售合同日期,上述商業樓宇的框架結構已完成約50%。
集團擬持有物業作投資用途並將於完成收購事項後出租物業以賺取租金收入。
