搶收計劃見效：恆大9月銷售額831億元 刷新單月曆史記錄

10月3日，中國恆大（03333.HK）披露了9月份的合約銷售數據，以831.1億元刷新了公司單月合約銷售金額的歷史記錄。
根據公告，恆大9月份的合約銷售額較8月份增長約73.8%，較2018年同期增長約31.9%，9月份合約銷售面積約826.6萬平方米，合約銷售均價為10054元/平方米。
至此，中國恆大前9個月的合約銷售額為4531.9億元。按照全年6000億元的銷售目標來算，恆大現已完成全年銷售目標的75.5%。
此前，國際評級機構惠譽預計中國恆大2019年合同銷售額將與2018年的5510億元(2019年上半年為2810億元)持平，不能達到其6000億元的銷售目標。惠譽認為，恆大的商業模式暗示其營運現金流應該會隨着增長放緩而上升。
值得一提的是，從8月20日起，恆大啟動了“全員營銷”的搶收計劃。按照恆大的方案，從8月20日至10月8日是“全員營銷”的執行時間，在此期間內，恆大對所有在售項目金九銀十住宅（含公寓及寫字樓），均可享受9折優惠（受備案價影響的項目無此優惠）；所有項目（含在售項目及10月8日前新開盤項目），可享受9.5折優惠。
據不完全統計，此次恆大的“全員營銷”涵蓋了其在全國27個地區的493個項目，除了住宅和商鋪項目之外，恆大旅遊集團也有12個項目在“全員營銷”的名單內。從各區域公司的項目分佈來看，四川公司的項目數最多，達到33個。緊隨其後是重慶公司和中原公司（即河南省），項目數均為30個。根據中國恆大2019年半年報數據顯示，在披露的30個銷售區域中，廣東省的銷售金額佔比最高，約291.99億元，佔比10.362%。排名第二的是江蘇省，上半年合約銷售191.64億元，佔比6.8%。第三名為四川省，合約銷售額176.23億元，佔比6.253%。
截至3日收盤，中國恆大報16.7港元/股，跌幅1.07%。
