《港股开市》恒指高开59点 港交所偏软 内房股弹高
市场憧憬美国月内减息，刺激美股先跌後回升，道指初段曾跌335点，其後「拗腰弹」，收市升122点或0.5%，标普及纳指分别升0.5%及1.1%。港股假期前夕缺乏方向，高开59点或0.2%，报26,169；国指亦高开34点或0.3%，报10,255。
腾讯(00700.HK)《Call of Duty》手机版推出首两日吸2,000万玩家，今早高开0.5%报326.8元；部份伦交所股东促港交所(00388.HK)提高提价两成，增现金比重，惟低开0.2%报229元；汇控(00005.HK)无升跌报58.85元，友邦(01299.HK)扬0.4%。
市场传港府拟引用《紧急法》推禁蒙面法，港铁(00066.HK)今早无升跌报44.5元，新地(00016.HK)低开0.7%，新世界(00017.HK)及长实(01113.HK)软0.4%及0.6%；惟信置(00083.HK)及九龙仓置业(01997.HK)分别升0.7%及0.3%。
碧桂园(02007.HK)9月合同销售515.8亿人民币，增40.4%，今早高开0.4%报10.14元；合景泰富(01813.HK)9月预售额92.3亿人币，按年增66.6%，亦带动股价高开1%报6.98元。润地(01109.HK)及中海外(00688.HK)双双升约0.8%。
申洲(02313.HK)弹高2.9%报106.3元，万洲(00288.HK)、创科(00669.HK)亦高开近2%。舜宇(02382.HK)则微升0.3%，瑞声(02018.HK)平开报42.15元。
信达生物(01801.HK)先旧後新折让逾6.8%配股，净筹23.51亿元，今早低开逾3%报25.55元；华能新能源(00958.HK)获母企每股3.17元提私有化，复牌弹高逾12%报3元，成交涉4,046万元。
