部份伦敦证交所股东促港交所(00388.HK)提高提价两成 增现金比重
据《路透》报道,部分伦敦证券交易所投资者向港交所(00388.HK)表示,港交所须提高两成作价及以更高现金比例向伦敦证券交易所提出收购,促使股东支持收购建议。港交所须於10月9日前提出正式收购,其管理层与伦敦证券交易所高层磋商,以争取支持。
曾与港交所高层见面的木星资产管理基金经理Guy de Blonay表示,港交所应增加每股作价,由83.61英镑升至介乎90至100英镑,又指需增加现金收购比重。目前港交所方案为现金收购占25%,其余以港交所股份支付。
De Blonay指,港交所提出收购建议将导致伦敦证券交易所延长期限,又认为港交所行政总裁李小加知道这是唯一一次机会,预期他会继续争取。其他两名伦敦证券交易所股东亦指,他们预期港交所会提高收购价,但关注即使如此,收购亦面对监管上问题。
报道引述银行消息指,90至100英镑为大部分投资者要求的出价,港交所亦采讨融资以提高叫价。
