格林國際控股(02700.HK)完成出售託管股份 作為賣方未能達成東雅收購事項的第二溢利保證的補償
格隆匯10月3日丨格林國際控股(02700.HK)公佈,就出售託管股份,公司董事會宣佈,股份出售事項於2019年10月3日完成,據此,1953.125萬股託管股份由公司(作為賣方的合法委託人)按每股0.19港元的出售價售予買方。股份出售事項所得款項總額及淨額分別約為371萬港元及360萬港元。
根據承諾契據的條款,公司有權並會全數保留股份出售事項的銷售所得款項作為違約賠償金,以作為賣方未能達成東雅收購事項的第二溢利保證的補償。
