碧桂園(02007.HK)馬鞍山泓碧累售近七成 套現約30億
碧桂園(02007.HK)香港營銷管理部營銷總監林曉箐表示,旗下與宏安地產(01243.HK)及中國建築(03311.HK)合作發展的馬鞍山泓碧至今累售372伙,最高成交呎價為2.39萬元,最高成交售價為1,782.8萬元,售出單位佔全部單位約68%,套現約30億元。
林氏表示,剩餘的單位主要是特色單位、四房大單位及別墅等,目前有8伙正在招標,未有意向價,但會參考附近成交。對於政府有意推空置稅,她表示項目仍未取得入伙紙,空置稅對集團的影響仍需研究,但認同地產建設商會早前發表的觀點,指措施草擬時與現時市場環境有別,發展商亦有因應市況作出調整,期望政府聆聽業界意見。
