港股異動 | 雅生活服務漲4.6%續創新高 收購中民物業部分股權獲多家投行看好
格隆匯10月3日丨雅生活服務(3319.HK)繼昨日逆勢大漲逾10%後,於今日至現價20.85港元再度上漲4.67%,20.85港元/股為上市新高,暫成交9972萬港元,最新總市值278億港元。公司9月26日公告稱,擬以15.6億元人民幣收購中民物業60%股權及不超過5億元收購新中民物業60%股權。對此,大和研報指,上述收購可擴大公司的規模,將公司目標價由17.7港元上調至20.6港元,維持“買入”投資評級。瑞銀指,對收購看法正面,認為雅生活估值吸引,2019-21年每股盈利年複合增長可達31%,是該行所覆蓋的領域中最為吸引。高盛研報指,重申雅生活服務“買入”評級,並將其納入“確信買入”名單,目標價由21.8港元升至25港元。
