格隆匯9月30日丨伯明翰體育(02309.HK)公佈,截至2019年6月30日止年度,實現收益2.10億港元,同比增長1.17%;公司擁有人應占虧損3.61億港元,同比減少15.08%;每股基本虧損2.66港仙。
球會收益(按英鎊計算)較去年同期輕微增加2.7%。然而,球會收益增加大部分被年內英鎊貶值所抵銷,導致集團之收益(按港元計)減少1.1%至約2.06億港元。來自投資物業的收益約460萬港元(2018年:無),全部來自租賃投資物業的租金收入。
