新特能源(01799.HK)参建乌鲁木齐新兴产业基金 出资3亿人币
新特能源(01799.HK)公布,与乌鲁木齐基金管理就成立合夥企业订立协议,设立乌鲁木齐战略性新兴产业新特能源引导基金,支持传统产业优化升级、高端制造布局落地、重大产业加快建设,将投资於注册地在乌鲁木齐市内从事高端装备制造、新材料制造等战略性新兴产业相关企业的股权(包括集团多晶硅产品质量提升及硅基、锆基产业链延伸等重点项目);并通过闲置资金的管理,以实现良好的投资效益及投资回报,为期60个月。
公司将出资3亿元人民币,作为劣後级有限合夥人,认缴49.75%股权。
