錦州銀行(00416.HK)建議採納呆賬核銷授權方案
格隆匯9月29日丨錦州銀行(00416.HK)公佈,為明確該行呆賬核銷權限並提高不良資產處置效率,一名持有該行總股權3%以上的股東建議而董事會已通過採納如下該行呆賬核銷授權方案:
(i) 為了提高資產質量的管控效率,股東大會將貸款及受益權轉讓計劃投資業務的呆賬核銷全部權限授權董事會。
(ii) 為了提高資產質量的管控效率,同意董事會在上述股東大會授權範圍內,根據該行實際情況,轉授權高級管理層進行貸款及受益權轉讓計劃投資業務的核銷工作。
以上呆賬核銷授權方案的採納於股東周年大會經股東審議通過後開始生效。
