格隆匯9月27日丨達力集團(00029.HK)公佈,截至2019年6月30日止年度,公司收入1.06億港元,同比減少6%;公司擁有人應占溢利4873萬港元,同比減少61%;每股盈利21.5港仙,末期股息每股港幣4仙。
期間毛利為港幣80,799,000元,同比下跌9%。此業績主要源自本集團以人民幣結算的投資物業所帶來的租金收入,而毛利率為76%(2018年:78%)。
