格隆匯9月26日丨PALADIN(00495.HK)發佈年度業績,截至2019年6月30日止年度,公司實現收益819.9萬港元,同比增長8.7%;公司擁有人應占年度虧損5817萬港元,上年同期盈利1628.4萬港元;基本每股虧損4.05港仙;不派息。
公告表示,報告期內,虧損主要因集團投資物業公平值收益減少至約1500萬港元;公司2018年授出的購股權產生購股權開支增加約1200萬港元;及高科技業務經營開支增加約3300萬港元所致。
