安永:全球IPO市场进一步放缓 料第4季开始回暖
安永表示,2019年第3季全球IPO市场进一步放缓,等候上市的企业有所增加。随着发行商静候市场环境改善进行IPO活动,市场上累积了愈来愈多优质的企业等候上市,导致2019年第3季多个市场的IPO活动较2018年第3季减少。整体而言,2019年第3季有256宗上市项目,集资总额达402亿美元,较2018年第3季分别减少24%和22%。
安永全球上市服务主管吴继龙表示,随着市场进入传统的上市旺季,预计中美贸易紧张局面和英国脱欧发展将变得更为明朗,全球上市活动在第4季和2020年将会回暖。
