《大行報告》大摩:內地要求撥備覆蓋率逾兩倍視為隱藏利潤 料招行及郵儲行可受惠
摩根士丹利發表報告表示,就中國財政部公布對《金融企業財務規則》進行修訂,形成了《金融企業財務規則(徵求意見稿)》,對於撥備覆蓋率超過監管要求兩倍以上,應視為存在隱藏利潤的傾向,要對超額計提部分還原成未分配利潤進行分配,指詳情仍需待當局作進一步釐清。
該行指,內地監管更重視金融企業會計領域,相信轉變會抵銷原先過於保守盈利增長的指引。該行料,總體對小型銀行影響適度,並估計招商銀行(03968.HK)及郵儲銀行(01658.HK)將可受惠,因兩行於今年上半年不良貸款覆蓋比率各為394%及396%。
