格隆匯9月25日丨周黑鴨(01458.HK)公佈,公司的控股股東唐建芳通知公司,自2019年9月10日至2019年9月23日,唐建芳在市場上購買合共200萬股公司股份。唐建芳日後或會在適當情況下繼續購買股份。公司董事會認為此舉表明控股股東對公司作出的長期承諾及對公司的前景充滿信心。
唐建芳(作為公司的控股股東)目前持有14.77億股股份,佔公司已發行股本約61.97%。唐建芳為公司主席兼執行董事周富裕的配偶,根據證券及期貨條例,周富裕被視為於唐建芳持有的股份中擁有權益。
