弘海高新资源(00065.HK)早市一度炒高近2倍 公司拟与国企合作
弘海高新资源(00065.HK)连升第二日,今早初段曾炒高近2倍至0.69元,冲破250天线(约0.426元),半日收市前仍大涨91%报0.445元,暂为半日升幅最大个股。成交近400万元。
该公司近日与伊克斯达(青岛)控股与豪星订立无约束力的战略合作协议,内容有关发展环保轮胎回收厂房的潜在合作。根据战略合作协议,各方将就该项目於中国成立合资公司。目前预期,合资公司的注册资本将为1亿元人民币(下同),其中5,100万元将由公司以现金方式出资,占相当於51%股权。
伊克斯达60%股权由受青岛市国有资产管理局控制的中国国有企业持有,以持有若干知识产权,包括使用低污染及低排放环保方式回收橡胶的技术专利。
