格隆汇9月23日丨汇付天下(01806.HK)公布,有关于2019年8月16日采纳股份奖励计划,截至2019年9月23日,受托人已就该计划于市场上累计购买合共1760.4万股股份,约占于公告日期公司已发行股份总数之1.4133%。并且受托人将视乎市场状况根据本计划条款择机继续於市场上购买股份。
公司认为公司当前股价被低估,并对公司之未来前景充满信心。并且本计划有利于将股东利益、公司利益和核心团队利益结合在一起,形成激励员工的长效机制,实现公司的持续发展。
