扫码订餐顺带买土特产，有赞云助力济南高铁玩起了新零售
2018年底，“铁老大”12306的小程序因为“高铁订餐”功能曾受到广泛关注。近期，又一个高铁软件将实现该功能。
山东济铁旅服公司（以下简称“济铁旅服”）近期正在内测“高铁座位选餐”功能，旅客可以扫描座位上的二维码，输入车次信息、车厢座位号，即可在线订购高铁餐食。餐车接单后，服务人员将为乘客配送至座位（乘客也可到餐车自取）。
资料显示，济铁旅服隶属济南铁路投资有限公司，负责济南铁路局开行的50余对高铁动车餐饮生产和销售。
据济铁旅服相关负责人介绍， 其高铁订餐功能主要基于有赞云开发。2018年，济铁旅服在有赞的技术支持下上线了微商城和小程序“高铁多彩E购”，主要销售全国各地特产，如湖北的秭归脐橙、云南的红心木瓜、新疆的阿克苏冰糖心苹果、山西的黑小米等。
与此同时，济铁旅服提出了想实现高铁座位订餐的需求。因为有赞标准版小程序并不支持该功能，但通过有赞云，济铁旅服可以引入第三方开发者，实现该功能的定制化开发。
有赞CTO崔玉松介绍，济铁旅服的高铁座位订餐功能是有赞云帮助商家实现个性化定制的典型场景，整个开发过程中，有赞负责提供整体解决方案、交互模型和产品设计图，第三方开发者共投入4个技术人员，预计45天内可完成开发并正式上线。
与此同时，有赞云还在不同行业内测不同的场景，例如电影行业的在线选座，服装行业的私人定制服，家装家电打包一口价等等。
“即便有赞有一半以上的员工负责产品技术，依然无法完全满足所有商家的需求——因为商家规模跑得实在太快了。尤其是幸福西饼、良品铺子、肯德基等体量庞大的商家，以及酒店、美业、家政、电影等垂直行业的商家，会有很多个性化需求。”有赞CEO白鸦曾在演讲中表示。发展有赞云成为必要。
一方面，有赞云能解决商家的个性化开发需求；另一方面，有赞云也将成为有赞构建开发生态的重要一步。2018年底，有赞发布的《有赞云生态白皮书》显示，截至2018年，有赞开放平台已经引入超过5万家开发者，共同服务超过300万有赞商家，覆盖150多个行业的各种经营场景。崔玉松透露，已经有不少开发者通过高质量的应用在有赞获取了可观的收入。
