微软(MSFT)股价创历史新高 大规模回购400亿美元股票
格隆汇9月19日丨美国科技巨头微软(MSFT)盘中股价刷新历史新高,现涨1.98%,报141.265美元,暂成交7.79亿美元,最新总市值为10785亿美元,继续占据市值第一大上市公司位置。今年以来,微软股价已上涨40%。

9月18日,微软计划回购多达400亿美元股票。微软表示,这一回购计划没有具体截止日期,也可能随时中止。这是微软第三次进行大规模回购计划,前两次分别是2013年和2016年。在2017-2019财年,微软以约357亿美元的价格回购了4.19亿股股票。
另外,微软同时也宣布将现金股利提高11%,由每股发放0.46美元现金提高到0.51美元,将于12月12日发放给股东,除息基准日为11月21日。微软此次宣布的每股0.51美元股息比接受金融机构Fact Set调查的三位华尔街分析师的普遍预期高出0.02美元。
