格隆汇9月19日丨*ST莲花(600186.SH)公布,公司、河南莲花食贸有限公司、河南莲花面粉有限公司将对河南莲花天安食业有限公司享有的债权金额合计约1.42亿元,以抵偿公司所欠国厚资产管理股份有限公司等额债务。
此次债权债务重组有利于公司清理前期遗留事项,解决联营企业欠付公司的债务问题,符合公司各项运作的合规要求,不影响公司财务状况和经营成果,不存在损害股东特别是中小股东利益的情形。
