格隆汇9月19日丨移动互联(中国)(01439.HK)公告,过往数月以来,本公司一直就延迟承兑票据及可换股债券的到期日与贷方保持商讨。于2019年9月19日,本公司自贷方接获票据持有人赎回通知,要求本公司以赎回通知日期的赎回价2.79亿港元赎回全部未赎回承兑票据及可换股债券本金额。
本公司将与贷方进行商讨以就此事宜达成和解,并将在适当时候另行刊发公布知会其股东任何重大发展及其他事宜。
