高盛:内地房企仍然有23%上升空间 重申碧桂园(2007.HK)“确信买入”
高盛发布报告称,将2020年内地住宅楼价预期由持平降至-5%,因供应增加而需求较吊滞,特别是一二线城市,同时将内房股的资产净值平均下调4%,2020及21年每股盈利预期分别降1%和5%,目标价降5%,但平均仍然有23%上升空间。
该行认为,行业整固会是长远周期的主要增长动力,其中碧桂园(02007.HK) 价值被低估,重申“确信买入”;更看好中型发展商,因估值与增长前景存在更大误差。
