2019杭州云栖大会前瞻：聚焦数字经济，平头哥、人工智能等重大发布
9月25日-27日，2019杭州云栖大会将拉开帷幕。今年大会将以开发者为大会主角，聚焦数字经济为核心议题，在前沿科技、技术产品、产业应用等领域呈现系列重磅发布，其中包括平头哥重磅产品、阿里巴巴人工智能整体性突破的重大进展发布。
过去数年间，云栖大会已经成为数字经济的风向标。"DT时代"、"五新"、"城市大脑"深刻影响科技和产业发展，达摩院、平头哥的成立推进基础科技的进步。纵观云栖10年历史也是中国数字经济探索、时间和变革的历程。
今年杭州云栖将设两天两场主论坛、110余场峰会和分论坛、20000平米的展区呈现最前沿的科技。据了解，峰会和分论坛中技术类分享占比达到90%以上，演讲嘉宾包括院士、IEEE Fellow、国内外知名大学教授、ACM杰出科学家等知名学者。
此外，还有1000余位不同技术领域的领军人物，涵盖机器智能、5G、云原生数据库、生物识别、芯片、区块链、自动驾驶、异构计算等技术领域。
在两场主论坛中，26日以人工智能为主题的议程已经上线。据透露，在大会期间，阿里巴巴将公布人工智能方面的整体性突破。数据显示，阿里巴巴在人工智能领域已经取得40多项世界第一、研究成果有近400篇国际顶会论文。阿里也是产业AI的最早提出者，在工业、零售、农业、城市治理等领域有不少标杆案例。
过去两年，达摩院已经完成全面的技术布局，在学术上、应用上均取得突破性成果。去年，阿里巴巴在云栖大会上宣布成立平头哥。过去一年，平头哥先后发布玄铁910高性能处理器和无剑一站式芯片设计平台。据透露，今年平头哥将在大会上带来重磅发布。
今年云栖大会上还将颁发第二届青橙奖。该项目旨在支持青年科学家，从而推动基础科研发张。目前，第二届青橙奖的评选工作已经启动，将面向信息技术、芯片、智能制造等基础研究领域，遴选出10位青年科学家，授予100万元现金奖励。
此外，大会还设有两场云栖音乐节、一场程序员吐槽会、三天的极客密室、二十场云栖时间等丰富的开发者活动。其中，《北京折叠》作者郝景芳、中科院北京基因组研究所博导方向东、中国空间科学学会会员赖昌等将在"云栖时间"带来独立话题演讲，涵盖科技跨界、科学家、科幻、开源等领域。
