综艺股份(600770.SH):天悦电子研发的130纳米的HA320数字助听器芯片已批量生产
格隆汇9月15日丨综艺股份(600770.SH)公布,南京天悦电子技术有限公司(“天悦电子”)系公司控股企业北京天一集成科技有限公司持股63.64%的控股子公司,成立于2018年11月,注册资本2.2亿元,该公司凭借芯片+算法完整的解决方案,致力于完全自主知识产权的助听器芯片的研发及产业化。目前,天悦电子研发的130纳米的HA320数字助听器芯片已批量生产,国内多家助听器厂家已开始采用其助听器芯片进行开发和小批量样机的试制工作;同时,该公司与东南大学联合成立“音视频系统与集成电路研发中心”,研发55纳米高端数字助听器芯片,该款芯片的关键模块和SOC平台正在进行流片验证。
2019年9月12日,天悦电子与东南大学联合完成的《HA320数字助听器芯片和算法》的科技成果,在江苏南京通过了江苏省电子学会组织的包括中国工程院院士贲德等在内的鉴定委员会鉴定。
鉴定意见:
鉴定委员会成员听取了研制单位所做的情况汇报,查看了芯片样品、开发测试设备及助听器样机,审阅了相关技术文件资料,经质询和讨论,形成鉴定意见如下:
研发具有完全自主知识产权的数字助听器专用SOC芯片和智能助听器算法,对于打破国外在该领域对核心技术的垄断,引领国内助听器产业升级换代,大力提升我国听障患者的听力补偿水平,具有重要的民生意义及明显的实用价值。
HA320数字助听器专用SoC芯片采用了SMIC(中芯国际)130nm标准混合信号(Mix-Signal)工艺独立制版批量生产。该芯片采用CPU+DSP的双核架构,包含16位高精度ADC、DAC,多通道并行DMA计算架构的DSP核心,并行16阶可编程IIR滤波器组、FFT加速引擎、双MAC乘累加器等专用运算模块以及多个外设,可实现数字助听器的单芯片解决方案,其中创新性工作包括:嵌入式CPU和DSP的自主架构设计,全定制和软硬协同的低功耗设计、免全局时钟树的芯片设计实现方法。
算法方面,片内实现了完整的助听器语音实时处理算法,其创新性体现在基于自适应声场景分类的语音增强算法,针对汉语环境的语音可懂度提升算法、面向听觉认知补偿的助听器验配算法等。经实测,在16K采样率下芯片实时运行子带分析与综合、宽动态范围压缩、降噪、啸叫检测、回声抑制等助听器算法,整机运行功耗低至1.8mW,达到了项目研发目标。
技术资料标准齐全,符合鉴定要求。
该科研成果可以满足中端数字助听器芯片和算法的国产化替代,填补了国内数字助听器商业化芯片的空白,技术和产品总体达到国内领先水平。鉴定委员会一致同意该项技术成果通过鉴定。
