恆地(00012.HK)迎海-駿岸研推租金回報保證
恆基地產(00012.HK)旗下馬鞍山迎海-駿岸日前錄得海天名邸大宅成交,成交價約2,761萬元,恆基營業(一)部總經理林達民表示,集團短期內可能會研究推出租金回報保證計劃,以回應投資者需求。利嘉閣總裁廖偉強表示,根據過去經驗,樓價幾次大跌後,升幅均以倍數計,因此認為現市況下,若價錢適合,是入市機會。
此外,林達民指旗下紅磡啟岸至今累售514伙,佔93%,套現約30億元,平均成交呎價約2.2萬元。他又指,集團正好於上半年推售了大部分項目,旗下元朗唐人新村項目,提供16座別墅,正在等待預售樓花同意書,期望年底前可以推出。
對於有建議政府引用《收回土地條例》收地建屋,林達民指地產建設商會已表達意見,公司亦贊成有關做法。
