伟禄集团(01196.HK)强烈否认沽空报告指控 重申报告之理据无中生有
伟禄集团(01196.HK)公布，强烈否认由Emerson之沽空报告中所有毫无理据的恶意指控，指有关指控完全建基於无中生有之数据及无视集团的实际营运情况。集团对Emerson再次作出毫无根据之指控予以强烈的谴责，并保留就由於该等误导性报告而可能蒙受之任何损害或损失对Emerson采取法律行动之权利。
公司指，Emerson以一份「信贷报告」作为指控公司涉嫌於2017年及2018年录得零收益之证据，但有关「信贷报告」一来未有载述来源及发行者，二来所载述之财政年度含糊不清，部份数据更残缺不全，集团亦从未知悉该所谓之「信贷报告」的存在或其来源。集团强调伟禄於2018年财政年度自买卖废料所产生之收益为8,820万元，并已呈报予当地税务机关部门备案。
公司又指，Emerson屡次无视集团已将环保业务迁移至东南亚的事实，盲目引用本公司於2016年9月5日收购公布内提及环保公司於收购时主要作为代理为其客户采购废料作为理据，强行将集团之环保业务与中国政府收紧废料进口规例挂钩，以支撑其指集团环保公司不可能维持稳定之收益趋势之失实指控。集团2019年上半年中期业绩已公布环保分类录得收益2.92亿元，按年增长156.7%。
就物业估值方面，公司指，Emerson再次选择无视於中国市场停车位使用者就停车位之长期使用权一笔过付款属常见市场惯例，以及临时停车位之月租租金须符合深圳及广东省其他城市之政府定价规例之事实，对集团以长期使用权之租赁代价就停车位市值估值提出质疑。集团强调估值师已就估值采用直接比较法，当中参考可从公开渠道随时获得且足够之停车位长期使用权之最低要价，方法比以租金或回报作估值更具参考性。
伟禄集团主席林晓辉表示，集团早前已就Emerson的指控提供详细的资料一一反驳，Emerson在未有任何有意义或实质证据下，再次对集团作出荒谬及毫无根据的指控，已属恶意中伤行为，公司保留就由於该误导性报告而可能蒙受之任何损害或损失对Emerson采取法律行动之权利。
