港交所(00388.HK)购伦交所传英国政府或反对 开市早段跌近3%
港交所(00388.HK)昨日(11日)收市後公布建议溢价22.9%并购伦敦证券交易所,惟外媒引述消息指英国政府或阻止是次收购,港交所开市早段跌近3%报239.2元,成交暂涉逾11亿元。
据《华尔街日报》引述英国央行非式正顾问指,伦敦证券交易所旗下清算所LCH被视为市场的重要组成部分,有关交易在金融稳定及安全前提下,未必获英国当局批准。此外,伦敦证券交易所有百计美国雇员及业务,受美国证券及交易委员会监管,美国海外投资委员会可能介入今次被视为政治敏感的交易。
