达力集团(00029.HK)合营圳华签土地置换协议
达力集团(00029.HK)公布,有关深圳合营圳华港湾企业强制清算一事,规划管理局与圳华已同意安排土地置换,为此圳华将向规划管理局移交现有土地A,规划管理局将向圳华补偿位於後海大道以东、蛇口新街以南、中心路以西及望海路以北之一幅於深圳南山区东角头之土地,并无需支付额外地价款。
同时圳华将向规划管理局移交现有土地B,两者均须遵守该协议书所载之条款及条件,并经磋商可获得补偿以清拆现有土地上之楼宇及建筑物。由於集团根据权益法按其於圳华之49%权益将圳华作为合营企业综合入账,董事会认为,该协议书及土地置换不会对集团之综合财务报表造成重大影响。
