瑞安建業(00983.HK)要約購回最多1億美元2020年優先票據
瑞安建業(00983.HK)公布,提出收購要約以現金購買最多達最高接納金額1億美元的2020年到期優先票據。除非獲公司延長或提早終止,收購要約將於倫敦時間9月23日下午4時正屆滿。
作出收購要約乃公司政策的一部份,以積極管理其資產負債表負債、優化其債務結構及債務到期組合以及減低融資成本及負利差。目前公司已在公開市場上及根據於2019年5月作出的收購要約於2.8億美元2020年票據本金總額中購回9,841.5萬美元的票據。
