港股异动 | 新濠国际发展涨逾3% 大和料9月澳门赌收按年升3%
格隆汇9月10日丨新濠国际发展(0200.HK)现报19.7港元,涨3.47%,暂成交6682万港元,最新总市值298亿港元。新濠国际曾于8月30日公布中期业绩称,期内股东应占溢利4.62亿港元,同比增长34.1%;每股基本盈利0.31港元,拟派中期息每股6.11港仙。绩后中金发研报指,新濠国际发展1H19业绩符合预期,但基于近期走势及宏观不确定性仍存,相信短期内净资产折让恐难收窄,因此下调目标价7.4%至25港元。该目标价较目前股价(19.7港元)仍有近27%的上行空间。此外,大和最新发研报料9月澳门赌收按年升3%,重申对行业“正面”评级,首选金沙中国(1928.HK)。目前金沙中国暂涨2%,板块内其他股票亦小幅上涨。
