报道指腾讯(00700.HK)组「腾任」新公司 市场关注或与任天堂合作有关
内地传媒《IT之家》报道,腾讯科技(00700.HK)100%持股「上海腾任科技有限公司」日前成立,该公司注册资本为300万元人民币,法定代表人为王波。该公司经营范围包括电子产品的设计与开发、游戏游艺设备的销售等。
腾讯於今年4月已确定和任天堂合作,在中国地区销售任天堂Switch以及相关游戏,因此这家公司主要业务很大可能也是与任天堂有关。
不过值得注意的是,上述腾任科技有限公司并不是由腾讯和任天堂合资,目前看来是由腾讯100%独资持有。
