海隆控股(01623.HK)建议发行票据
格隆汇9月10日丨海隆控股(01623.HK)公布,以现金购买其未偿还于2020年到期的7.25厘优先票据的要约。
公告显示,公司正提出要约,按每1,000美元本金额1,003.75美元的购买价以现金购买本金总额最高达最高接纳金额的2020年票据。
此外,公司另正在同步进行一项发行及出售票据的要约。同步新资金发行的完成须视市况而定。
倘同步新资金发行落实进行,公司将会把同步新资金发行的现金所得款项净额用于为现有债务再融资,以及作为营运资金及供一般企业用途。
