格隆汇9月9日丨华润电力(00836.HK)公布,公司全资附属公司华润电力投资有限公司公开发行2016年公司债券(第二期)将于2019年9月19日开始支付2018年9月19日至2019年9月18日期间最后一个年度利息和债券本金。兑付债权登记日2019年9月18日,摘牌日2019年9月19日。
据悉,该期债券简称“16华润02”,代码136702;发行规模人民币30亿元;期限为3年,自2016年9月19日起至2019年9月18日止;票面利率为2.92%。
